Steven Stamkos' First Goal Of The Playoffs Was Well Worth The Wait

Well after a full 7 games in the first round against Detroit and the first game in this series against the Habs, you can officially throw out the Steven Stamkos Missing Person signs.

Shook Carey Price right out of his pants, and keep in mind that this is probable Vezina Trophy winner Carey Price and possible Hart Trophy winner Carey Price that we’re dealing with. Now that Stammer finally stuffed home his first of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, we can only hope that the floodgates have been opened. I would highly suggest NOT taking any more penalties against the Lightning these playoffs because now that Stamkos has his first, he’s going to be lethal on the powerplay. #BoltUp
